Booking Terms

Placeholder — requires business review. Full booking terms (liability, service conditions, delay/no-show handling, passenger conduct, etc.) must be defined by Driven by Zayn Inc. and reviewed by counsel before being published as binding terms.

Bookings are confirmed once a quote is accepted and, where required, payment or a deposit is received. Pricing is calculated from route distance, estimated drive time, vehicle class, and service type at the time of booking.
